Very good

Comfortable bed, clean and cozy hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Anyway, all right. Only the garage is a little tight. I definitely recommend this hotel and the price is also very good. I've stayed here twice before

Functional hotel near the airport

Very functional hotel, very close to Chapecó airport. The check-in very fast; not so the checkout we did at 5 in the morning to leave for a trip.
Comfortable and functional rooms. Thermal insulation better than acoustic insulation. Comfortable beds invite sleep. The toilet is also functional but adequate. The wifi works great.
We didn't get a chance to have breakfast so I can't rate it. In any case a functional and correct hotel.

Nice!

Immaculate cleanliness, room with queen bed, white and well-clean sheets and sheets. Hotel with nice breakfast, with varied options. Close to the airport and close to the center. I recommend. Room has fridge and the shower is excellent.

Kind, polite and very helpful staff.
Delicious and varied breakfast.
Great room, with comfortable bed, excellent shower.
Favorable location for getting around the city, quiet street, without noise.

I slept on cots

We stayed in a room with two single beds and both were folding beds, something unacceptable in a traditional hotel. At the end of the stay we asked and the reception said that they should be common beds, not folding beds. But they didn't give us a discount for sleeping in temporary beds. I think it's very ugly to charge the same price to sleep in cots and real beds.
