Stay at the top

Frequently resorting to hotels in Woluwe, Tangla clearly stands out with superior services such as swimming pool, fitness center and sauna. The amenities nearby are also a great +, the staff is friendly. I highly recommend.

Can do better...

The photos are dreaming but big disappointment in reality.
- Washbasin which seems clogged because the water struggles to evacuate.
- Hair dryer that stops in the middle, restarts but ends up stopping clean in the middle of blow-drying.
- Previous guest hair in the shower never removed on 3 nights.
Toilet paper not handed in.
Furniture that seems to have already lived.
Carpeted in the hallway that smells like wet carpeting.
Overflowing outer ashtray.
– The deposit is huge, first time I’m asked for one...
On the plus side, the breakfast is really great and the restaurant staff is very nice.
The rooms are well insulated and the bed is very comfortable.

Once but really never again !

Booked this hotel on business trip together with 3 colleagues. Upon arrival received very unfriendly reception at the front desk. The gentlemen clearly did not feel like it. Had asked for 3 rooms on the same floor but could not ! After putting our stuff in the room we had a drink in the bar, also there a very unfriendly waiter who did not feel like it. Understood why there was almost no one there. A simple order could not be taken and we got the wrong drinks. And after 12 drinks including a couple of regular colas we had to pay Eur 189. Hotel room was clean and good but not special for Eur 180 per night! The next morning I have 4 rooms paid and the cost in the bar total Eur 900 and oh yes also had to pay Eur 25 for the car! Because we had to leave early I asked if the cost of breakfast could perhaps be deducted because we did not use eh no that can not be reported by again an unfriendly lady! Therefore once but never again in this hotel!

Great stay!

We stayed in junior suite with two children (3 and 4 years), the room was clean, well equipped, comfortable bedding. Breakfast is a buffet (incredible choice), the pool is open until 9pm. Car charger in front of the hotel.

Room light is bright and breakfast buffet has variety of foods. Both of which are very good for Asian people.
