Awesopme rooms - kids loved the bunk beds. Delicious breakfast, something for everyone to enjoy. The babaganoush was the best. Lots of games in the lobby for the kids to enjoy.

Excessively overpriced

The rooms lack the usual tulle, have to cover the window with curtains and sit with lights. (windows overlook the opposite building and everything is visible)
The number was given from the side of the garbage truck-- you can hear the garbage truck coming and making noise. The room isn't soundproof at all! You can hear everything-- walking in heels, neighbors upstairs moving something, talking.
Basic items are also not needed (which is strange for a hotel in general) : no bottle of water, no slippers, no kettle .
Too expensive, for just a sleepover room.
The shower is shared with the room (in which the mold has settled), the toilet is closed separately, but the wash is also in the room. Very uncomfortable, especially for people with sensitive sleep!
The floor is flooding because the shower door doesn't close properly. Nobody's cleaning, apparently, the drain- it was clogged up and it ended up just floating.
Dust everywhere...
There's someone's hair everywhere on the bed linen...
This is too much:(
Besides, the linen hasn't been changed all week.
Doesn't live up to its price, at all...

Great option near the campus

If you're looking for trendy, clean, affordable accommodation close the WU campus (Economics and Business School), this is a great option. Rooms are well appointed, ideal for students, families or solo travelers. No coffee station in the rooms but the hotel has a great coffee shop on the ground floor and options for fancier meals on the 7th. Close to the Prater for those looking for some amusement, and very walkable to the nearest metro and park.

Great hotel

Very clean room, cool view of the sausage Prater, everything you need. Special praise to the receptionist at check-in! Super friendly, charming and helpful! That's all you could ask for from a hotel in Vienna.
