Very nice hotel for city break Innsbruck

We found the location great... by bus it is only 5 stops to the city center. The bus leaves just behind the hotel. From 2 nights you get the Explorer Card, which allows you to use the public transport for free. The card is issued directly by the hotel. The car can be parked in the underground car park. Directly opposite Tivoli Stadium and Olympia World. Approx. 30 minutes walk away is the mountain Isel ski jumping hill. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Wide range of food and drinks. Very attentive and friendly staff at breakfast and also at reception! We will be happy to recommend the hotel and book it again.

I'm not going here anymore..

I spent two nights at this hotel.
The breakfast was weak, the scrambled eggs inedible.
How can you not prepare scrambled eggs in a 4* hotel?
At the reception worked a staff member (even the manager) who appeared particularly unfriendly and arrogant. Only one young employee was friendly.
The room was nice, but that was all...
Next time I go there, I'll find a better alternative.

Nice hotel with great views

Had a very friendly and warm welcome.
Our room had a unique view over Innsbruck.
Sofa bed and double bed were super comfortable and could be separated with a door.
Bathroom has a connection expensive to the toilet.
Underground parking is generous and you can drive directly to the floor of the room.
Everything was very clean.
Breakfast room is at 11 og with view.
We will come back.

Very good hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is within walking distance in about 15/20 minutes.
The room is large and very comfortable.
We stayed two nights, and never came to clean the room. Maybe they have a policy to protect the environment and that's why they don't clean up every day, but they never let us know.
Breakfast is varied and has gluten-free options.

Excellent check in experience the assistant FO manager was superb . Gave us bus passes for our stay plus ideas on what to do . Negatives , housekeeping quality was horrid next day , sheet just dumped on bed , glasses and cups not cleaned , floor not swept / vacuumed . Reached back early evening on Sunday . Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money .
