Verstecktes Juwel

Kleinstadtidylle wie sie schöner nicht sein könnte! Die Villa Bucher überblickt den Hauptplatz dieses historischen Städtchens. Im Restaurant fühlt man sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohl. Beste Küche - eine tolle Mischung aus Kärntnerisch und International. Dazu fachgerechte Weinbegleitung! Kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Service versteht sich von selbst! "Kärnten at its best!" Wer das Restaurant mehr als einmal genießen möchte, ist im hauseigenen Hotel bestens aufgehoben. Historisches Gemäuer mit individueller Einrichtung! Hier kann man gerne auf 5-Stern-Kettenhotels verzichten! Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Liebevoll und engagiert

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit Landhaus Charakter. Der Seniorchef empfängt persönlich und freundlich wie alle im Service. Kleine Räume im Restaurant erzeugen wohnliche Atmosphäre, die Küche mit traditionellen und zeitgemäßen Gerichten überzeugt mit Qualität, regionale Schmankerln mit Produkten von regionalen Lieferanten überzeugen, sehr positiv!

Exzellente Küche in Boutique Atmosphäre

Kärntner Küche in Höchstform wird aktuell in Friesach praktiziert. Im ehemaligen Mettnitztaler Hof der Familie Bucher finden sich neben Klassikern, wie Kärnter Kasnudeln, Raritäten, wie Schmalzmus. Daneben ein exzellentes Beef Tartare und internationale Spezialitäten wie Surf and Turf ( traumhafte Fleischqualität) und Fischvariation von italienischer Molligkeit. Wer diesen kleinen Ort besucht, sollte unbedingt hier Speisen. Anschließend bietet sich ein Besuch der Schoko Manufaktur Craigher an. Aktuell eines der besten Restaurants Kärntens!
