The hotel is on an island. Ferries are available from 07:30 to 17:00. Please confirm the ferry operating hours with the hotel in advance. Guests will automatically be booked on the 07:30am, 10:00am, 12:30pm or 17:30 ferry service from Brisbane to Tangalooma on the day of arrival and the 9:30am,14:30 or 16:00 ferry service from Tangalooma to Brisbane on the day of departure. There is another last ferry from Tangalooma to Brisbane after 16:00 and it is variable, please consult the hotel for details. Ferries depart from Holt St Wharf, Pinkenba. Guests need to pay the ferry terminal cost to the hotel during the stay time, all room rates exclude this charge that the guests should pay to the front desks separately. The specific amount of the charge please follow the notification of the hotel’s front desks. Any resort guest that requires uninterrupted continuous power supply for life support equipment, is required to provide a minimum of 96 hours advanced notification of this requirement to our reservations team (+61 7 3637 2000 or inbound@tangalooma.com) prior to check-in at Tangalooma Island Resort or its ferry transportation.
