Very good location and staff of 10!
This hotel is one of the few remaining family members, i.e. not belonging to a hotel chain. The service that provides reception is 10! They helped us with everything we needed and made us feel at home. Very good service in the cafeteria and breakfast. A varied and complete breakfast, the portions displayed in the buffet are small and in this way a greater rotation of food is achieved therefore, it is almost always fresh or fresh. Cleanliness of the room of 10. The well equipped rooms, we need nothing extra. The location of the hotel is great, right in front you have the bus stop with which you can go to Funicamp or another area of Andorra. They have lockers for free use (you have to leave a deposit of € 3 which then when you hand over the keys you will be refunded). Highly recommended if you go to the Encamp area. We will definitely return! Thank you so much to the team!!

Enjoy your stay
The staff is super smiling and available even if there was a little miss on booking a requested restaurant.
The pool is nice but a little cold. On the other hand great for the spa, hammam etc... and the beautiful gym.

Do not be fooled by appearances. High quality hotel.
The number of rooms is not huge, it must be around 70 from memory, spread over four floors. We benefited from suite 411 which gives a beautiful view of the square, the slate roofs and the surrounding mountains. The places are calm and it is often the singing of birds that “disturbs” this tranquility.
1- Room 411
This is a suite consisting of a corridor opening onto the large living room. This large living room is made up of a very comfortable two-seater sofa and a large matching armchair, all ash-colored. A coffee table and a TV stand complete the room. On the left is the bar area and the courtesy tray.
The bedroom has a large bed and a desk area. The bathroom on the right is framed by two built-in units which form two walk-in closets allowing you to store everything a large suitcase can hold.
The bathroom door is glass and smoked. The bathroom is large, two people can comfortably fit there. On the left, the toilet and the bidet, in the center the sink, on the right the whirlpool bathtub. The hot water arrives very quickly and the shower head is not scaled.
In terms of decoration, we are predominantly wood and have a chalet spirit. The living room ceiling is paneled, the wooden flooring brings a fitting mountain warmth, the furniture is either dark or light. The bed is covered with cushions and the duvet is decorated with mountain motifs. The beige walls provide light throughout and match the light tiles in the bathroom. I appreciated finding toiletry kits (razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) and clean grout. Afterwards, you have to love the salmon-colored tiles
The mattress is soft and the sheets really soft. Shutters that operate the old-fashioned way (manual crank) allow you to cut off any source of light coming from the outside. As the bedroom is set back from the corridor, you will not be disturbed by noise.
2- Spa area
This is the enormous added value of the place because this space offers a first-class atmosphere of relaxation and rest. The beach covered by synthetic grass is away from noise, sheltered by a number of trees and offers comfortable and clean beach chairs. The indoor pool is deep and large. Two jacuzzis - one hotter than the other - allow you to enjoy moments of invigorating rest. Besides that, sauna, hammam and two heated stone armchairs complete the package. The water does not smell of chlorine.
Traces of humidity appear here and there on the ceiling, which should be treated in order to maintain the quality of life in the place.
Lockers are available to customers to store their belongings. I noticed, adjoining the spa, a gym made up of a few cardio machines and floor mats, a large wooden room, clean, well maintained.
3- Breakfast
It is taken in the room on the ground floor. For 11 euros, it is really very good. Hot drinks are taken from the machine. The cappuccino is balanced, the quality of the tea is suitable. Various cheeses are offered, as well as cold meats. Scrambled eggs, tortillas and fried eggs are present. On the other hand, I did not understand why on Monday, eggs were made on demand while they were freely available on Sunday. Fresh fruit, cookies, crispy pastries and yogurts that appear to be homemade complete the offering. Also note, of course, the bread, jam and the small chocolate fountain (also unavailable on Mondays). I emphasize the presence of vegetable milk, very welcome.
The dining room is like the hotel, it exudes the 1980s. The fabric that covers the bread is symptomatic of this period (which makes me think of the lace placed between an element of decoration in the room and the piece of furniture on which it is placed). Breakfast can be taken from 7 or 7:30 a.m.
In short, this hotel contributed to the success of our weekend. Even if it doesn't look like much, you shouldn't stop at its shell. I recommand it.

OK, but dated
But in general the hotel seemed a little dated and could do with some modernising. The room was fine and hotel located in a quiet location, and it may have been because we stayed during low season, but the décor and style should be brought up to 2020s standards.
